The Numbers Behind the Mission
Love Bus has operated continuously since 2006, when we were founded by 11-year-old Lucy Grogan and her mother, Beecher — directly from Lucy's hospital bed. In that time, we have funded thousands of therapy sessions for qualifying children with cancer, their siblings, and their caregivers — across Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine.
Our four formal hospital partnerships — at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, and Hasbro Children's Hospital in Providence — are institutional validations of what families already know: integrative therapy works, and Love Bus delivers it.

A Mission That Is Still Growing
Love Bus recently completed a full organizational rebrand — a deliberate investment in the future of this mission, not a cosmetic refresh. We are actively expanding hospital partnerships, deepening program reach across all six New England states, and building the infrastructure to serve more families in the years ahead.
